Where do you ship? Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

PRODUCT & INSTALLATION

What are the benefits of a tankless water heater? Tankless heaters provide endless hot water on demand, take up significantly less space (they are wall-mounted), and are more energy-efficient because they don’t waste power heating a tank of water 24/7.

Can I install the heater myself? For safety and to ensure your warranty remains valid, NovaHeaters strongly recommends professional installation by a licensed plumber or electrician. High-power tankless units often require specific electrical or gas line configurations.

Does it provide hot water to the whole house? Yes. Depending on the GPM (Gallons Per Minute) rating of the model you choose, our heaters can supply multiple showers and appliances simultaneously.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
